10818 and 10819 aren't pages of a doujinshi. Nor are they minor variations of this picture.
Rather, the characters are all in distinct poses and Shizune is not even in them. I think you know this, so please stop making them child posts.

Okay, so... there are now 9801 images on this booru.
Meaning now more than ever, one has to use advanced tag searching to find what they are looking for.

So what would happen if you searched '3girls hanako misha yuuko'? You'd get zero results,
because the only images with that specific grouping are hidden behind a parent post that has an additional character. If that isn't reason enough to leave them ungrouped, I give up.
