So after a lot of thinking about intellectual property rights over the past few days I had a sudden realisation I never uploaded or credited the artist that made the little sprites. Basically I stole them images from the shimeji KS program (can be downloaded here http://www.mediafire.com/?ogvo1fh7d5x36j9 it's fun for a while but you will get bored) and upon looking at the readme I found one regarding the art. which reads

"All characters are allowed to be modified, shared and used in any purpose with proper credit to the artist. For further agreement and info the artist can be contacted here http://www.funnyjunk.com/user/sanditroll "

Unfortunately that FunnyJunk account has been inactive for over a year now so Sanditroll, if you ever make it to this part of the internet, thanks.
