I'm no authority on the matter, but isn't the character she's dressed as called Power Girl or something similar instead of Super Girl?
The way the sleeves are drawn carefully to indicate where her arms end is done really well. Drawing fabric is really hard and I suck at it so I really admire how well it was drawn here.
Her hair looks really good too.
