Well for one, it was found on the Mishimmie, and uh... it's *supposed* to be the art room girl, but somehow she got turned into this.
This looks like The Master from Fallout 1, if you ask me.
A horrifying biomonster with an organic supercomputer brain screaming about how our hubris brought up on the end of man might draw some parallels to The Master, yes.
